2025 Washington Visit

The Delaware Bankers Association cordially invites you, your Board of Directors, senior staff, and emerging leaders to participate in the 2025 DBA Annual Washington Visit.  The program runs from 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, until noon on Friday, March 7.

The Washington Visit provides an opportunity to hear first-hand about the issues facing our industry, as well as attend briefings by the OCC, FinCEN, Federal Reserve, Treasury, and the FDIC.  A highlight of the trip will be to meet with our “new” Delaware Delegation and their staffers who focus on the banking industry. Full agenda forthcoming.

The fee for this year's event is: $875.00 per banker and $375.00 per spouse/guest. Please consider including one or more of your rising executives, those whom you see as representing the future leadership of your organization.  This trip will give them first-hand exposure to the realm of government relations, and an opportunity to interact with peers from other institutions.  First time attendee rising executives sponsored by a senior executive will receive a special reduced rate of $695.00.

The Banker's Fee Includes:

•    Luncheon, Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, March 5
•    Luncheon and Reception on Thursday, March 6
•    Shuttle Bus transportation to appointments (Thursday and Friday)
•    All meeting materials

The Spouse/Guest Fee Includes:

•    Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, March 5
•    Reception on Thursday, March 6

Hotel accommodations have been arranged at the Pendry Washington D.C. - The Wharf, located at 655 Water Street SW, Washington DC. Room reservations must be made through the DBA to receive the special daily room rate of $355.00 for single/double occupancy, plus tax if booked by February 5, 2025.  Payment should be made to the hotel upon departure.

Please indicate your check in and check out dates during the online registration process and Corinne.Stayton@debankers.com will complete your reservation with the hotel and provide a room confirmation prior to the event.
